Well, hello there! I’m back

Yes, its been a much much, alright, much longer break than anticipated although, in my defence, apart from about only two people out there (and you know who you are) everyone else I know is champing at the bit to rapidly bid adieu to 2015 as well. Weird how some years are like that.

Oy Vey…onwards and upwards.

And what better time to come bouncing back like the proverbial beach ball I shall soon be tossing around the ocean’s edge (I’m off to the Land Down Under where it is already blistering hot) than the merry and bright time of the Christmas season.

Actually, if being technically correct, it would be the Holiday season and there is no shortage of them at this moment. In Saks the other day, I overheard the salesman reeling off five. Yes! Five: Christmas, Hannakuh, Kwanzaa, Mawlid and Diwali. Mmm, think that’s right…thinking…thinking. Tinerate, who knew? Anyhoo, good for him being so on top of his game and able to relate to any potential sales festivities

I love this time of year with all the glitter and glimmer. The tinsel and twinkle. The shimmer and sparkle. When magic is in the air and dreams are real. Doesn’t it sometimes feel like what it must be like to live inside a champagne bubble
