Walking down Broadway today I got tapped on the shoulder by a ray of Sunshine. Probably should have given a moments thought to Stranger Danger but…um…nope! Not even a passing consideration. Honestly, sometimes I wonder how I make it around this planet on my own intact

Anyhoo, she was dressed in bright pink and lemon yellow, flashing pearly white whites as she smiled. Still not sure why she chose me…maybe because I was the only one in a sea of faces who was not tuned-in with cords attached. Should have been more alert I guess but nooo Oy Vey…Tinerate, after days of meh dreary drizzling rain it was a welcome colourful reminder of the glory of the awakening of the season.

(I know!!! I shouldn’t complain about the wet…After all, Spring showers bring May flowers )

Tinerate, Sunlight… (or was it Sunrise? Maybe Sunray??? Mmm, thinking…thinking…I am absolutely abominal with remembering names no matter what trick. Use word association. Repeat the name. Use the name yourself after introduction. Mission accomplished for that moment in time but as soon as a whole conversation has transpired and my mind has raced on, I am back to having no clue whether I’m chatting with Arthur or Martha. Oh, I take that back…that one I can actually work out Anyhoo, it was something gloriously free-spirited and most definitely in keeping with her soul.)…Tinerate, Sunbeam and her radiant glowing cheerfulness was the ultimate sprinkle of twinkle that lit up the grey damp street and reminded what a feel-good a burst of colour always is

So today’s post is in honour of my random moment of delightful dazzle…and the indulgent inspiration that gave license to share all that’s gayly lollipop sparkly
