I simply cannot believe my good fortune! You see, without even trying, I have waltzed into divinedom (new word but I think it works  )

Yes! Without any conscious effort or decision making on my behalf (thank heavens for that; I’m a Libra and can’t make my mind up about a thing, preferring to wait till it just happens or somehow gives up )I have managed to arrange it so that I am to enjoy two Springs this year. Uh huh…the northern one that had pretty much turned to summer around my departure, and now the southern one. I know! Soo incredibly savvy at working the seasons right

Tinerate, completely beyond me why I haven’t long ago already tweaked to this point… (I’ve been home for a little while) …Ooo, maybe I just got caught up in the every day and forgot to remind myself to soak in the scenery of scents whilst tripping the floral dance. I wrote about this in Roaming the Roses and Flowers, Finds & Fruits really not that long ago so I have absolutely no excuse. Mmm, note to self: take note of notes to self

Anyhoo, I was standing waiting patiently patiently patiently in line the other day when I spotted this little oasis. What a gorgeous possy to sit and regroup from a busy day. A little urban garden paradise set up on the red bricks of a footpath, right smack bang in the centre of a ruggedly busy city street. Too clever!

Lots of flowery colour…sprinkle of green…and an undeniable sense of calm. Am also really loving the simplicity of it all…wooden crates, old bottles, brown string and ‘scooped together’ arrangements. Bit of an ‘Aah’ moment really cos it literally makes one want to stop and smell La Fleur (Oui! Quite suddenly I am François )

Don’t you agree that the weather is just so divine at the moment (well, okay, m-o-s-t-l-y ) that it calls for slowing down to a dawdle (something I never do!) and just enjoy.
